• Three Walters 5 Axis CNC tool and cutter grinders.
• In house production of 98% of all cutting tools and Hydromat machine components which allows us to cut long lead times, and eliminate expensive outside machining costs.
• Other tool room equipment: South Bend Lathe, Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 250, Vertical Center Nexus 510C-II, Tru-Tech CNC centerless grinder, CNC Wire EDM, CNC Milling, CNC Surface Grinding, Manual lathes, and other common tool room equipment.
